Effective Date: 11/11/2024 Welcome to Designstream, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and ONCEDOSOCHO SAS, a company organized under the laws of Uruguay (collectively, "Designstream," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Agreement Overview

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between Designstream and the client ("you" or "Client"). By subscribing to our services, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you disagree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1.1 Contracting Entity and Regional Operations

Depending on your location and/or the entity issuing invoices for services, your agreement may be entered into with one of the following entities:

• ONCEDOSOCHO SAS BPS: 8351435 RUT: 219554050017 Address: Juana de Arco 3341/002, Montevideo, Uruguay (CP 11700)

For clients based in Latin America or where services are billed locally in Uruguay, ONCEDOSOCHO SAS may act as the contracting and invoicing entity. For all other clients, Designstream, LLC will generally act as the contracting entity.

Regardless of the contracting entity, all services are provided under the Designstream brand and are governed by these Terms.

2. Service Description

Designstream provides digital design services, including:

• UX Design: Creating user-friendly experiences for web and mobile applications.
• UI Design: Designing intuitive and pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Branding: Developing brand identities, including logos, typography, and social media assets.
• Website Development: Building responsive websites with platforms like Webflow and Framer.

Services are provided on a subscription basis and are limited to one active task at a time.
