1. Agreement Overview

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between Designstream and the client ("you" or "Client"). By subscribing to our services, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you disagree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

Designstream provides digital design services, including:

• UX Design: Creating user-friendly experiences for web and mobile applications.
• UI Design: Designing intuitive and pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Branding: Developing brand identities, including logos, typography, and social media assets.
• Website Development: Building responsive websites with platforms like Webflow and Framer.

Services are provided on a subscription basis and are limited to one active task at a time.

3. Ownership of Materials

• All final design deliverables created for you are your exclusive property upon payment.
• You are responsible for ensuring any materials provided to us do not infringe third-party rights.
• Designstream retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
